Boymate10 4P game is played with cards from Boymate10 2P game. Differently, while in Boymate10 2P the points are the numbers on the cards, in Boymate10 4P the points are twice the numbers on the cards. Since it is a double deck, some special situations occur as a result of combinations of cards. For example, in these cases, such as throwing 3 Boymate10 cards at the same time, the scores vary in a way that does not break the system and are calculated with different logic. The sum of these 3 cards is, for example, 200 points. If used individually, if the number next to it is not 100, it is 100 points together with other cards.
